Housed within the historic Robert Adam Stable building of the Luton Hoo Hotel and designed by the distinguished 18th century architect Robert Adams, Adam’s Brasserie offers a less formal style of dining. The decor is light and contemporary, with leather sink-in banquettes and chandeliers adorning the ceiling. Connected to the brassiere, Adam’s Bar also contains an array of pictures and artifacts, all dedicated to the family’s prized horses. Acknowledging the Wernher family history, the interior resembles that of a traditional stable building with oak beams in the ceiling.
