Darbucka World Music Bar and Restaurant is the vision of Syrian Musician Ahmad Mohammad who wanted to combine his passion for music and Middle Eastern cuisine. The two meet in the Bedouin tent-like interior of this Clerkenwell venue. The ground floor restaurant serves Syrian and Lebanese inspired food including Cold Meze (all at £4.50 and all vegetarian) and Hot Meze (£4.50 or £5.50) including Spicy Lamb Sausage and Bourak, filo parcels stuffed with cheese, spinach or lamb.
