Awarded an AA Rosette for fantastic British food in September 2007, Cedar Manor Restaurant and Bar serves a seasonally changing Table d’Hote Menu. The delicious British dishes are prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients throughout. Each dish can be complemented by a choice from the specially selected wine list. Pre and after-dinner drinks can also be enjoyed in the lounge bar.
Head Chef Roger Pergl-Wilson joined Cedar Manor in 2009, bringing a wealth of experience in culinary excellence to the restaurant. His cooking skills are well-known by the locals, and his cuisine has made him one of the most respected chefs in the Lake District.
