The sleek and lively Moshi Moshi Japanese restaurant in Brighton is highlighted by its conveyor belt sushi bar situated in Brighton’s landmark Opticon building behind the town hall on Bartholomew Square.The restaurant serves elegant, simply prepared Japanese cuisine, from sushi set menus served on traditional wooden platters to hot seasonal dishes such as tempura, pork tonkatsu and freshwater eel teriyaki. The restaurant observes an environmentally-friendly fish policy. Winner of many awards for its work in fish conservation, Moshi Moshi Brighton uses sustainably farmed salmon alongside seafood delivered direct from Cornwall. A selection of wines, fresh fruit juices and saké complement the menu.
